About Us
AuditMentor was developed by our company Director, John Marsden, as a way of providing cost-effective auditor training without the need to travel for face-to-face courses.
AuditMentor, a subsidiary of Marsden International, is a small dedicated team that has delivered online training for more than 10 years, to delegates all over the world.
Meet the team
About John
John Marsden has worked with HSEQ management systems since the early 1990s.
He was involved in the packaging and print committee reviewing the development of ISO 14001:1996 and since then has carried out over 2000 days of certification audits.
John has worked for a number of international certification bodies, is a Fellow of IEMA and a registered lead auditor who carries out integrated certification audits of many of the world’s leading companies (Rio Tinto, Mars, Coca Cola, Unilever etc).
He created and personally delivered over 100 IEMA and IRCA Lead Auditor Training Courses in over 17 countries for organisations including the United Nations and the World Bank. See his detailed CV here.
About Carol
Carol Marsden is the HSE Course Developer for AuditMentor. Working alongside John, Carol has developed the range of courses, from the first (back in 2012) right up to the latest ISO 45001 course, launched in 2020.

About Gary
Gary Huddless is the Learning Manager for AuditMentor. He has got almost a decade of experience in online training, HSE and communications.
For AuditMentor, Gary provides comprehensive support and guidance for delegates throughout their learning, and manages the relationship between the delegates and the certification bodies, ensuring a smooth certification process.
